Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

1- First, in case of any manufacturer defect or damage to the product:

Home Sweet Home customers have the right to replace or return the product that contains a factory defect or damage, provided that the product is packed and in its original condition, with a purchase invoice, within 3 days of the customer’s receipt of the product, and the customer has the right to choose one of the following options after Home Sweet Home to receive the product and make sure it meets the conditions:

• Return the value of the product via wire transfer, and this procedure takes 8 working days.
• Replace the damaged product with any new product with the same value within 24 hours.

Notes:

• The customer does not bear any shipping charges in the event that the reason for replacement or refund is the presence of damage or manufacturers defects.
• The customer must choose another product within 24 hours from the date the Home Sweet Home receives the damaged product.

 

2- Second, if you want to replace or return the product without any manufacturer defect:

Home Sweet Home customers have the right to replace or return the product provided that the product is in its original condition and unused, with a purchase invoice, within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, and in this case, the customer will bear the shipping expenses to the Home Sweet Home warehouse, as it is entitled to The customer can choose one of the following options after receiving Home Sweet Home for the product and make sure that it meets the conditions:

• Return the value of the product via wire transfer, and this procedure takes 8 working days.
• Replace the product with another product with the same value within 24 hours.

 

3- Third, all of the following items are excluded from the exchange/return policy:

 

• Towels and bathrobes for health reasons.
• Sleeping pillows.
• Used products and / or without original condition as they were when buying
